Welcome back to school and wintry weather on this Monday! As much as I grumble about the weather, I am glad I am not living in the states that were just pummeled with snow. I would like to take a minute to thank our staff for being so hard working and dedicated. As I visited the classrooms this morning I saw teachers and students fully engaged in a variety of learning activities. Also, I would like to extend my appreciation to all the parents and volunteers who are so important in making St. John School a great place to grow in mind in spirit.
Congratulations to David Reinhart. He was honored for placing in the top ten highest scores among the students who took the National High School Placement Test for Lexington Catholic. Many of our students ranked very high nationally on this test. Also, this is a very enjoyable time for me as former students share their future plans as they complete their high school career. These things reinforce that our school does a great job laying the foundation for future success. Have a great week and thank you for all your support of St. John School!
God bless and take care,
Dan Mardell
