And we are off !!!!! The start seems to be smoother and smoother every year. Even with the building switches and a new teacher, there were very few glitches. I would like to thank all the parents and parishioners who helped with getting our campus ready for students. Also, I would like to thank you for giving us the opportunity to work with such great children. I feel truly blessed to work for such a wonderful school and church!
God bless and take care,
Dan Mardell
Here's What's New:
Protect Our Crossing Guard!!! (ha ha) Please help us out by not turning left onto Main Street at dismissal time. In the time it takes to turn left you can turn right and go around the block. This would be a great courtesy to those waiting behind you and for Mr. Mardell who is risking his life standing in the middle of the road. (ha, ha)
Fall soccer 2016 We will have a parents meeting this Thursday for the upcoming soccer season. It will be at 6:00 pm at Cardome. Please try and attend. The fall 2016 season will begin the week of the 22nd. The 2nd-3rd grade boys, 6th-8th grade boys and 4th-6th grade girls will practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 pm. Practice will be held at Cardome, in the large field to your right as soon as you turn into the main entrance. We are still working out practice times for the younger age groups. I am looking for a few coaches to head up the 4yrs-5yrs boys, 5yrs-1st grade boys, and the 5yrs-1st grade girls teams. Please let me know if you would like to help out. Each player will need soccer cleats (they have to be soccer cleats), shinguards, soccer socks, and a ball. The 4yrs-5yrs old players will need a size 3 ball, the 6th-8th grade teams will need a size 5 ball and everyone else will need a size 4. Please bring a ball to practice I do not have very many extra ones. If you have any questions please let me know. Chris Ramsey
