Cross Country Pictures!
Principal's Corner
Greetings,
Everyone is settling in as we begin our third full week of school. There are many interesting things going on in the classrooms. The teachers and students are really focused and working hard. I continue to be amazed by the dedication of everyone in parish and school. It was great to see everyone pulling together to help with the thrift sale and bingo. Both these events make a big financial difference in our parish and school.
Please check out our articles on the cross country team. Our first through eighth graders complete in eight to ten meets a year. They work hard and really have great comradery. Thanks to Coach Reinhart and Coach Mayer for their effort in establishing such a great program.
God bless and take care,
Dan Mardell

Cross Country
Upon accepting the invitation of his former high school coach, Coach Mayer took several members of the cross country team to a meet at his alma mater, Holy Cross School in Louisville. They competed against twenty other Catholic schools in Kentucky and Indiana. Our runners did a great job in this one mile race. David Reinhart, John Reinhart, and Dominic Bilotta finished in the top six places. Alex Mayer, Max Berry, and Charlie Berry also did a great job and placed well. Congratulations!
On Saturday, the entire team was at the Grant County Invitational in Sherman, KY. Once again, everyone ran fantastic, especially on a hot and hilly course! Top 35 finishes (and medals) went to Erin Luckett (in her first race ever!!), Kristin Drummond, Alex Mayer, David Reinhart, and John Reinhart. The 6th grade and under BOYS finished 4th out of 16 teams -- a great effort by these hard working boys! Many personal bests were obtained and all of the kids continue to work hard at practice to improve more and more. Great job Saints!!

Soccer Schedules have been posted to the school website. Look on the athletic page for details.
