St. John Catholic School Notes From the Office: Monday, December 12th, 2016         Weekly Updates         December 2016         Greetings, The spotlight was definitely shining on the students of St. John School last week.  I would like to thank Ms. Upton and everyone who helped put on such a great Christmas program. The program gave our students another opportunity to showcase some of their fantastic talents! I would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! God bless and take care, Dan Mardell         Here's What's New!!         Friday, December 16th, will be an out of uniform day for students for a $1 donation to support field day!         Friday, December 16th, is a half day of school.  Student dismissal is at 11:15.  There will be no after school on this day.           Pictures from our Christmas Program at Cardome last week!         Congratulations to everyone who helped with our float in the Christmas Parade!  We won an award!          Click here to download a copy of the St. John School basketball schedule.         Click here to download the lunch menu for January.         St. John School and office will be closed December 19th - January 1st for Christmas Break.  We welcome everyone back on January 2nd, 2017.         Concession Stand Help Needed We now provide a concession stand at the bingo hall.  We are in need of volunteers to work every Friday and Saturday night from 5pm-10pm.  This is very easy job with no walking required.  Please email the school office at [email protected] if you would like to pick a night to work.         After School Art Clubs/Drawing Class   There will be no Art Clubs or Drawing Class in December.  Art Clubs and Drawing Class will resume Jan 2nd.  Watch for more details to come in the December Notes for January clubs.           Computer Lab Hours The computer lab will be open from 3 - 3:30 on Mondays for students who would like to take AR tests or practice typing.         Submissions for Notes From the Office If you would like a St. John School or parish event included in the Notes From the Office, or you have pictures you would like to appear in the Notes, please send your submissions to [email protected] no later than Mondays at 9am.
