St. John Families:

 

As we learned last week, Covid is not done with us just yet.  Please be vigilant about the hand-washing and your social interactions over these next few weeks.  We will continue to do our best to keep our school at in-person learning and not being the source of the spread.

 

However, we have had to delay the MAP testing for the primary grades (K-5) to the week of January 24th.  The middle school is going to proceed with testing this week in hopes of proving that the new system works just fine and so that any middle school students that miss testing will still have a window for make up testing.

 

A reminder that next week we will have the Monday holiday in remembrance for Dr. Martin Luther King.  Also, remember that we will be closing the month of January with Catholic Schools Week and the Open House and Enrollment season.  So, be on the lookout for the advertisements about those dates and start sharing what a great experience you have had at St. John School.  Word of mouth remains one of best recruiting tools to bring in new families!

Important Lunch Information for the 2021-2022 School year

School breakfast and lunch will be free for all students for the 2021-22 school year. This takes the burden off of families while they continue to recover from the pandemic.  We still need our families to apply for free/reduced lunches if applicable, click here.  These applications affect receipt of the P-EBT cards the government has been sending out as well as grant money the school receives from the state.
