Principal's Corner
Greetings,
Catholic Schools Week kicked off with the 9:00 Mass on Sunday. I want to thank you for your help in getting everyone there in Mass uniforms. This was a great way to show our parish how our students are serving God. We have many fun activities scheduled to celebrate the week. Our school continues to offer a strong academic program with high expectations on good behavior and manners. However, we must remember that as a mission of the church our main purpose is to help the students grow in faith and to evangelize.
One of the themes of Catholic Schools Week is service. We are teaming up to help two alumni with their service project. We are asking students to bring at least one item to donate to Quest Farms. These items include paper towels, wipes, glass cleaner, dish soap, sponges, toilet bowl cleaner, and art supplies. Please help us with this project! The students will turn in items to their classroom and the class with the most items will receive a pizza party.
Congratulations to our basketball teams who picked up a couple of wins this weekend. All teams are having a great year and lots of fun!
God bless and take care,
Dan Mardell
