Let me start by thanking you all for your patience last week. Definitely not how I expected our week to go when we closed the Friday before to address the pending weather. Hopefully that episode is over now and there isn't a sequel!
The 3rd Quarter ends today, so you can expect the report cards to come home on Wednesday. That also means we are entering the final quarter of the year!! My, how time flies.
A few reminders:
1. Fridays during lent, you may face additional traffic if you have kids at Afterschool. I was there this past Friday to do my best to keep traffic flowing smoothly. I think we got everyone in and out of Afterschool pretty well. Just please be sure to come in the South Entrance and exit the North. If you come between 5:30 and 6:00, you may get diverted into the big drop off loop in front of the main Cardome building to keep you out of the worst congestion.
2.Don’t forget that the school is hosting Stations of the Cross in the Cardome Chapel every Friday morning at 8:15 am. It lasts about 30 minutes.
3.Keep up the great efforts with the Disney Raffle. We have another two months until the drawing and ticket sales are off to a great start!
Peace,
Mr. Mayer

We are ready to race again! Last year’s race was absolutely amazing!! Over 900 family, friends, and community members showed their love and support for our boys; and for that, we are forever grateful. Incredibly, we raised over $45,000 to go towards a scholarship fund that we will be announcing more about soon.
Please join us on Sunday, April 30th at 2pm for the 2nd Annual Dom & Dave Memorial 5k at the Coldstream Park in NW Lexington. We have added a Fun Run this year for kids 10 and under and prize opportunities for the fastest teams. We look forward to seeing everyone again for a fantastic day of running and camaraderie-the perfect way to honor the lives Dom & Dave.
100% of the race proceeds will go to The Dominic Bilotta Memorial Foundation, Inc. which will be used to provide scholarship opportunities in the names of both Dominic and David.
When you sign up please join the "St. John School team". There is a prize for the largest team!
You can now order your PE shirts and sweatshirts directly from our uniform supplier. They will be delivered right to your door. No more long waits!
