Principal's Corner
Greetings,
It is hard to believe fall break begins this week. The students have been working hard and deserve a break. I hope everyone was able to access Ascend. This system is a valuable way to see grades, check homework assignments, and communicate with the teachers.
Cross county meets, soccer matches, and finally cool weather - fall is officially here! It is so great to hear and read how our students are doing in the fall sports. The practices, meets, and games keep everyone busy - including the parents! Soccer is rolling right along. Recently, I heard that one student had three games in one day. I wish I had energy like that! The cross country team had two meets this week and they keep improving each week. Please check out the results of cross country and soccer below. The robotics club is also in full swing. You can check them out on Tuesday nights at the Cardome Academy Theater. Lastly, everyone that I spoke with about "Trivia Night" had a great time. It sounds like participants had a lot of laughs, friendly competition, food, and comradery.
Without the tremendous support of parents and parishioners none of the above would be possible. Have a restful fall break!
God bless and take care,
Dan Mardell
